So, in the neverending sinkhole that is my life (way to go Cyrus' drive), I ended up on Brendon Small's wikipedia entry. It provided me with this tidbit of info:
"[Brendon Small] has recently completed the Dethklok album entitled The Dethalbum, in which he collaborates with Gene Hoglan to deliver an authentic melodic death metal sound while simultaneously retaining the light-hearted nature with which Small portrays the heavy metal sub-genre. The album debuted at #21 in the Billboard 200, making it the highest charting death metal album ever."
I am pretty sure that the failure of death metal as a likeable genre of music is the only thing between me and death. Keep failing you crazy Norwegians. Fail so that I may live.
